Foot Scanning / Foot Impression
The process starts with accurate foot data collection. Depending on customer requirements, we can use digital foot scanning, foam impression boxes, or plaster molds to capture the shape, arch height, pressure points, and alignment condition of the foot.
This step provides the basic reference for custom orthotic design. Accurate data helps improve fit, comfort, and corrective performance.

After collecting the foot data, our design team converts the information into a digital model. CAD software is used to adjust arch support, heel cup depth, forefoot correction, and pressure relief areas.
For OEM and ODM projects, we can customize the insole shape, thickness, hardness, support zone, logo position, and functional structure according to the customer’s market needs.


Based on the approved design, the selected materials are prepared for production. Common materials include EVA, PU foam, TPU, carbon fiber, cork, gel, and fabric top covers.
For different order requirements, we can use CNC cutting, compression molding, or 3D printing to form the main insole body. This step ensures the basic structure and shape match the design data.


After forming, the insole surface and edges are carefully refined. Grinding improves the surface smoothness, while trimming removes extra material and adjusts the outline.
This process helps the corrective insoles fit better inside shoes and improves the final appearance. It is especially important for custom-fit orthotic insoles and bulk production consistency.


Cushioning, Support, and Anti-Slip Layers
Functional layers are added according to the product design. These may include shock-absorbing pads, arch support layers, heel stabilizers, anti-slip bottom layers, breathable fabric, or antibacterial top covers.
Different combinations can be used for sports insoles, diabetic insoles, flat foot insoles, plantar fasciitis insoles, and daily comfort insoles.


Each batch is inspected before packaging. Our QC team checks the size, thickness, arch height, bonding strength, surface finish, and overall shape.
If needed, minor size correction or edge adjustment is completed before final approval. This step helps ensure stable quality for wholesale orders and long-term supply.


After inspection, the corrective insoles are cleaned, paired, labeled, and packed. Packaging can be customized with private labels, retail boxes, poly bags, barcodes, instruction cards, or brand stickers.
